Travel time can vary across the area, so a flexible arrival window is useful for drop-ins. If medication or a puppy’s routine requires a precise time, tell me up front so I can check whether it’s workable.
For a multi-pet household, list who eats separately, who walks together, and any doors or rooms that need to stay closed.
